Therapy is a business

Private Practice Consulting & Business Strategy for Therapists & Female Entrepreneurs

Let’s be Honest…

You’re burning money & burning out trying to figure this out alone.

We’re going to fix that…

Together

Most therapists go into private practice for more freedom, but end up overwhelmed, underpaid, and wondering what they’re doing wrong. While you’re doing everything you can — showing up for clients, squeezing admin into whatever scraps of time you can find, trying to “figure it out” as you go, and spending your nights Googling things like “What is SEO?” — it still somehow never feels like enough.

And here’s why: You weren’t taught how to run a business or how to market one. Even though almost half of all therapists will go into private practice at some point in their career, our training still doesn’t prepare us for it.

So you’re guessing. You’re hustling. You’re trying things that don’t quite work. You’re saying “yes” when you want to say “no.” You’re underpricing your services because you’re afraid clients won’t come and unsure how to tell existing clients you need to raise your rate. You’re trying to market yourself while fighting the internal voice that says you’re being “too much”—or “not enough.”

It’s a lot. And, it’s exhausting to care this much, but still feel like you’re coming up short.

What you need to know is: There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re not failing. You’re simply operating without the skills, structure, or strategy you were never taught.

Once you learn how to treat your practice like an actual business — with clear systems, effective marketing, boundaries that support you, and pricing that reflects the value of your work — everything shifts. Your time opens up, your income stabilizes, and your confidence comes back. The practice you’ve been dreaming about finally becomes the practice you have.

And, you deserve that. Every bit of it.

The Truth about Private Practice

Who I Help & How I Help

Your business should work

—and feel —like you.

Work With Me

A glass jar filled with coins, with a green plant sprouting from the top, placed on a wooden surface against a light wooden background.
A smiling woman with dark brown, shoulder-length hair, wearing red lipstick and a beige top, against a plain gray background.

Why Should I listen to you?

Probably because I’m the real deal. I grew a six-figure private-pay practice from the ground up—fueled by strategy, grit, and a whole lot of moxie.

As a twice-exceptional (2E) business-minded therapist with ADHD and giftedness, I see patterns others miss and can creatively problem solve with the best of them.

The things I teach are things I’ve actually lived, not just recycled generic social media blurbs. My background in sales, marketing, and financial therapy means I understand the strategy and the emotions behind building a business.

And, after watching my family build a wildly successful company, but still struggle financially afterward, I learned early how important it is to create stability that truly lasts.

If you’re ready for a practice that’s profitable, sustainable, and built with purpose—not panic—I can help you get there.
